Campus Ministry

All of us are called to participate in the work of Jesus which is to minister to those in need in our community.  Every person in the school is a member of Campus Ministry. 

A new initiative begun in 2011 involves the entire school in the work of ministry.  On the first Friday of each month, we suspend regular classes for two periods and dedicate ourselves to a special "ministry initiative." which each student has selected.  Click on the link to the left: Campus Ministry Initiatives.

We follow Jesus' example as he reached out to all.

THE MISSION OF CAMPUS MINISTRY

The purpose of the office of Campus Ministry is to assist the Holy Name community in living the gospel message of Jesus Christ.

All students, faculty, staff, administration, and parents belong in some way to Campus Ministry.

We seek to foster the vision of the Church that sees its educational mission as threefold:
1. To proclaim the Gospel message
2. To build community
3. To promote service to those in need.
